This Return and Warranty Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions made through our platform and constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Buyer (“you”) and the Sellers using our marketplace. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms set forth herein.
This Policy is designed to comply with U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (FTC Act), the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and applicable state regulations.
For products that are not defective but the Buyer wishes to return for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect purchase), we offer a return period of thirty (30) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. To qualify, the product must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition, with all tags and seals intact, and in its complete original packaging.
The Buyer must initiate the process through our customer service portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which is required to process the return. Refunds for non-defective returns will be issued exclusively as store credit, valid for one year from the date of issuance, in compliance with state laws allowing this practice if clearly disclosed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.
If a product is received with a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications described at the time of sale, our first corrective measure will be repair. This approach aligns with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which allows repair as the primary remedy.
The Buyer must notify customer service within the warranty period. Upon claim verification, we will provide an RMA and a prepaid return label for shipment to an authorized service center. Repairs will be performed free of charge for parts and labor. If the product cannot be restored to full functionality after reasonable attempts, we will offer a replacement of equal value or specifications. Only if neither repair nor replacement is feasible will a refund to the original payment method be considered.
Products must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and intended purposes. This limited warranty and any right to return for defects are void if damage or malfunction results from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or other actions contrary to manufacturer specifications.
The Buyer may be required to provide proof that the defect was inherent to the product and not caused by external factors after delivery. Our technical evaluation will determine the cause of failure, and its conclusion will be final.
All shipments are covered under FedEx Declared Value service. Declared value is not insurance but represents FedEx’s maximum liability for loss or damage during transit.
The Buyer must inspect the package upon delivery. Visible damage must be reported to customer service within forty-eight (48) hours. The Buyer must keep all original packaging, filler material, and the damaged product, as FedEx may require inspection. Our team will manage the claim directly with FedEx. Resolution (replacement, store credit, or repair) will depend on FedEx’s investigation and will be limited to the amount recovered from the carrier.
Given the constantly changing technological environment, perpetual compatibility of hardware or software cannot be guaranteed. All technology products are sold with compatibility evaluated at the time of sale.
We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding future compatibility with new software versions, operating systems, hardware devices, or third-party services released after the purchase date. Responsibility for verifying future compatibility lies solely with the Buyer.
To the extent permitted by law, the duration of any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited to the duration of the express warranty described herein.
By making a purchase, you consent to these terms, which are clearly disclosed before the transaction is finalized, in compliance with FTC and state consumer protection requirements.
